I must have been a coconut climber of sorts in a past life because i can do it with bare hands and all. True to my name raw food name 'coconutty' Here's proof to all my friends out there that i really do climb coconut trees.
Nothing more thirst quenching than sipping on a fresh coconut with a squeeze of fresh lime! The coconut is an example of nature's perfect packaging. Its air tight, water proof, aerodynamic, and 100% compostable. WOw if i can design packaging so perfect than i may retire and take all of my friends with me to Ecuador.
So why am i so enamored with coconuts. Well for one thing they are totally natural and hydrating. They contain a full balance of natural electrolytes and high levels of potassium to fuel you through your day! Nature's isotonic beverage.
Who needs gatorade when coconuts are available everywhere it seems. For a coconut twist add a fresh squeeze of lime or even better some essential oils. I add a drop of essential oil of lemon for a refreshing zing to my day!
